I have extensive experience in the theatre industry, having worked at The Ambassador Theatre Group (ATG) during its expansion from nine to 39 theatres. During my time at ATG, I gained valuable commercial skills and successfully turned around the fortunes of Brighton Theatre Royal, increasing its audiences and profits and establishing it as a prestigious regional theatre.

As ATG continued to grow, I developed skills in co-productions, West End transfers, and innovative marketing techniques across the group. My most recent role was as Managing Director of Victor Mara, a scenery company that designed for prominent venues such as the Royal National Theatre, The Royal Opera House, and West End shows. Victor Mara also created the famous Regent Street Christmas lights and designed shop windows for Hamleys and Harrods.

Before working at Victor Mara, I gained experience in regional theatres such as the Belgrade Theatre and The Nuffield Theatre. At the Belgrade Theatre, I produced the Millennium Mysteries and Debbie Islett's One Hundred and One Dalmatians. At The Nuffield Theatre, I had the opportunity to work with respected playwrights and designers, such as Peter Nichols, Michael Frayn, and Tanya McCallin.
